Privacy policy
This page is maintained by the operator of this application to explain how organization and personal information is handled.
What we collect
Account information (name, email address), organization profile information you enter (legal and public name, address, mission, programs, budget figures, registration readiness), application content you draft, messages you send to other organizations, and events you create.
How it is used
Your organization profile is used to match you to funding opportunities and to generate drafting assistance for your applications. Profile information is sent to the AI provider only when you request a draft, and only the fields relevant to that section.
What other organizations can see
Nothing by default. Your organization appears in the community directory only if you enable discoverability, and only the fields you explicitly choose to share are shown. Grant sharing and messages reveal your public organization name to the recipient.
Access controls
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security. Records are scoped to your organization, and only members of your organization can read them. Roles determine who can edit the profile, manage the team, and submit applications.
Retention and deletion
Your organization's data is retained while the account is active. An owner can request deletion of the organization and its records by contacting hello@meem.example.
Third parties
Grant data is retrieved from Grants.gov. Drafting assistance is processed by an AI provider through the platform's AI gateway. Authentication, database, and storage are provided by the application's managed cloud backend. We do not sell personal information.
